Gate News reports that on March 18, Polymarket launched a new market titled “Will Neymar participate in the 2026 World Cup?” The current probability of “Yes” is 37%. The 34-year-old Neymar has been plagued by injuries and performed modestly in the league match against Corinthians on March 15. On March 16, when Brazil’s head coach Tite announced the March warm-up match squad, Neymar was directly excluded. This is the last major testing window before the World Cup, and his absence raises doubts about Tite’s assessment of Neymar’s physical availability. With the World Cup roster to be finalized soon in May, Tite has previously stated multiple times: if Neymar is 100% healthy, he will go to the World Cup.
