  • The bear market is almost over, declares one voice.

  • Many others believe the bear market has only just begun.

  • A monumental leap in crypto prices is expected to be near.

The first two months of the New year 2026 have been highly disappointing to many crypto traders, holders, and analysts. So much so that the majority of the crypto community believes that the bear market has just officially begun, with several BTC bottom price calls to arrive at the end of the year. In contrast, a statement saying that the bear market is almost over rises amidst the bearish calls.

The Bear Market Is Almost Over

Since the start of the year, the price of the pioneer crypto asset, Bitcoin (BTC), and the pioneer altcoin asset, Ethereum (ETH), have been steadily falling, leading to several analysts calling for the start of the bear market. This analysis is based on the 4-year bull cycle blueprint and has led analysts to declare that the bear market started after BTC’s last ATH set in October 2025.

What’s more, these bearish analysts state that the price of BTC will continue to fall to the $40,000 price range in the coming months ahead, leading to the possible bear bottom, if not at an event greater lower price. In contrast to this take, bullish analysts have been preaching of a possibly that a 5-year bull cycle may play out this time, a possibility supported by liquidity maps and a delayed business cycle.

So many are saying the bear market has officially begun.

No. The bear market is almost over.

And I really think crypto is going to shock everyone this cycle.

I bet my entire life, 10yrs worth of research & entire net worth on this moment.

If this take is a high a possibility, then it is unlikely that the price of BTC will dip further and could instead, experience a magnificent rally, and possibly even higher ATH prices. Thus, as we can see from the post above, this seasoned crypto trader says that while many believe the bear market has only officially begun, the reality is likely that the bear market is almost over, supporting other theories of crypto shifting to year-long bull cycles like stocks.

A Bold Statement Amidst Many Who Believe It Has Just Begun

As the post goes on to state, the trader says that it is likely that the crypto market will really go on to shock everyone this cycle. He even goes so far as to say that he is betting his entire life, which is 10 years worth of research & an entire net worth on this moment. He also reminds the community that life-changing wealth is about to come and that the masses are not aware of this inevitability.

He then shed light on the business cycle, the actions of the US dollar, the Clairty Act, retail distributing to big money, and Trump’s moves during these times, to conclude that the stimulus that’s coming after years of prolonged draining, paired with the price action of metals, and the prepping for the new FED chair as well as the rising institutional interest in crypto, will lead to a monumental surge. He finishes by stating that most crypto holders are already beating 95% of investors.
