On April 29, stablecoin management platform Stable Sea integrated WisdomTree’s tokenized U.S. Treasury money market fund (WTGXX) into its platform, enabling corporate clients to deploy idle operating cash into yield-bearing government securities on blockchain infrastructure. As of April 28, WTGXX held $857.64 million in total assets and offered a daily yield of 3.43%, according to WisdomTree data.
Stable Sea’s treasury management software automatically reallocates corporate cash balances into yield-bearing products, with faster settlement and more automated transactions compared to traditional fund systems. CEO Tanner Taddeo noted that U.S. businesses collectively hold over $5 trillion in cash earning minimal interest, and the partnership brings “institutional-grade cash management and 24/7/365 yield exposure” to small and medium-sized businesses through blockchain infrastructure.
