韓國長達 9 年的「企業加密貨幣投資禁令」即將畫下句點。據報導，韓國金融服務委員會（FSC）正研擬企業投資加密貨幣的監管準則，預計投資上限將設在 5% ，象徵韓國正從嚴厲打壓轉向有秩序的制度化開放。
根據《首爾經濟日報》報導，韓國 FSC 已初步完成針對上市公司、專業投資者的加密貨幣交易指引，最終版本預計將於今年 1 月或 2 月出台。若進度順利，韓國企業最快在今年內就能合法將加密貨幣納入公司資產負債表。
為了避免企業過度投機導致財務風險，這份草案設下了嚴格的「防火牆」：
投資上限：企業與專業投資者每年最多可將 5% 的股東權益資本（股本，來自股東的資金）用於購買加密貨幣。
投資範圍： 目前僅限於市值前 20 大加密貨幣。
穩定幣爭議：至於 USDT 、 USDC 等美元穩定幣是否納入合法購買清單，目前仍在商議中。
Presto Research 副研究員 Min Jung 指出：「這將為市場注入可觀的流動性，但因限縮在市值前 20 大加密貨幣，預期資金將集中流向比特幣、以太幣，競爭幣能分到的紅利恐怕有限。」
這項新指引，延續韓國 FSC 近來逐步解除「機構不得交易加密資產」的實務禁令。早在 2025 年中旬，韓國就已允許非營利組織、加密貨幣交易所出售自身所持有的加密貨幣；韓國監管當局也曾預告，將於 2025 年下半年開放上市公司與專業投資人進場交易加密貨幣。
為了防範大額交易引發市場劇烈波動，新指引也將納入「拆單交易」與「價格限制」等機制 Min Jung 指出：「雖然 5% 的限制看來保守，但對於剛踏出第一步的企業來說，初期多半會採取試水溫的態度，因此並不構成實質性的掣肘。」
