What I’ve been noticing lately from accounts that lose monetization or get suspended, they all tend to follow the same patterns.
- Tagging Nikita in posts and publicly complaining
- Giveaways / “I’ll follow back” farming
- 10+ posts a day (spamy behaviour, 1-3 is safer)
- Tagging multiple accounts in one post, tickers and links in main post
- AI slop comments
- Nonstop “gm” comments under everything

I might be a bit late to the party, but I recently started exploring Claude.
I’ve begun building my own website with its help, and I might revive my poster store, who knows. Three years ago I had a Shopify store that wasn’t very successful, and back then I didn’t really have much knowledge about AI.
I’m honestly impressed by how powerful Claude is.
This is what I’m doing right now while the market is slow and dry.

While everyone is focused on growing their accounts, I’m doing the opposite, cleaning mine out from bots.
Started removing bot/inactive followers today. Yes, manually.
That’s where the Wallchain Score extension helps a lot. Anyone below a score of 15 gets removed first.
How I remove them: open the profile → tap the three dots → remove follower.
This should help cleanse the page and possibly improve the Sorsa score. I’ll report the results in a few days.

- You slowly stop owning “normal outfits”, it’s hoodies, and pump covers everywhere
- Laundry becomes a daily side quest because your S tier gym fits need to be ready for tomorrow
- Carrying a water bottle everywhere 24/7
- Creatine, electrolytes, shaker cup
- Social plans are scheduled around training days, not the other way around
- Eating 4 times a day
- 8 hours of sleep
- Rest days feel illegal and you don’t know what to do with yourself
- Mood genuinely depends on whether you trained that day or not
