Enter the SHORT position on BTC at 74,170 with the hope that the market will go down… but it turns out the price is still moving up slowly. Now the position is still floating at a loss, but this is part of the game.
Trading is not just about profit, but about how we control emotions when the position doesn’t go as planned. Many people exit too quickly out of panic, or add to their position without calculation because of ego.
Here’s what I’m learning:
Be patient and wait for a clear setup
Discipline with the initial plan
And most importantly… accept the risk of each entry
Small losses are norma
