People in this space will ape anything as long as there’s a known name behind it


It doesn’t matter if they’ve never touched web3, don’t understand the culture, or if the product itself makes no sense
They’re not investing in the idea they’re buying the name and the attention that comes with it
Web2 success doesn’t translate here, if anything it creates false confidence because this is a completely different game with different incentives and a much faster feedback loop
But capital keeps flowing regardless, so the same cycle repeats…
Outsiders come in, leverage their mindshare, extract attention and liquidity, then move on before the market corrects them
And people still fall for it every time
