Odaily Planet Daily reports that after seeking to ensure the safe transportation of crude oil and natural gas through this critical waterway in India, Iran has permitted Indian-flagged oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz through diplomatic communication. Sources say the Indian-flagged tankers “Pushpak” and “Parimal” have safely passed through the strait. Meanwhile, amid ongoing regional conflicts, ships related to the United States, Europe, and Israel still face restrictions. On Tuesday evening, Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar spoke with Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi, with the safe passage of oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz being a key topic of discussion. This is the third call between the two since the outbreak of the Iran conflict. (CNN)
