The new funding will be used to support product development and operations, while also expanding options-based yield strategies to a wider range of on-chain assets, including tokenized real-world assets.

Social app Giggles announced on April 9 that it has completed more than $1 million in Pre-Seed funding, led by 1kx. The funds will be used to improve the product and scale its user base. The app combines a prediction-market mechanism, allowing users to “buy in” early to help turn “content discovery” into an economic activity.

Kulipa’s stablecoin card issuance infrastructure platform completed a $6.2 million seed round on April 2, led by Flourish Ventures and 1kx. Founder Axel Cateland said the financing was structured as a SAFE form; previously, it completed a $3.0 million funding round in 2024.

On April 1, Kulipa announced that it has completed a $6.2 million seed round. Flourish Ventures and 1kx led the investment, aiming to provide white-label stablecoin payment card services for fintech companies. The funding was structured as a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE); no further details have been disclosed yet.
