Soluna Holdings will spend $53 million to acquire a wind farm in Texas and will build an AI data center

Gate News message, April 2, Nasdaq-listed company Soluna Holdings announced that it has spent $53 million to acquire a wind farm located in West Texas. Soluna Holdings focuses on developing green data centers for compute-intensive applications such as Bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence. After the deal is completed, the company will launch the Dorothy 3 project development to support the construction of an AI data center powered by renewable energy.
