Baghaei also said that he hopes neighboring countries will comply with their obligations under international law, moral responsibilities, and the principles of good-neighborliness, and will not allow their territory and facilities to be used by the United States and Israel to carry out attacks against neighboring countries. He pointed out that the current conflict is not only aimed at Iran, but may also sow seeds of division and instability for the region’s future; the region’s future should be built on peace, cooperation, and good-neighborliness, which requires all parties to take a cautious stance in the current situation.
