Iran’s deputy foreign minister, Ravanji, said today at a meeting attended by representatives of foreign embassies and international organizations in Iran that the parties have reached consensus, and Iran’s Ten-Point Plan will serve as the basis for negotiations. He emphasized that Iran has always welcomed diplomacy and dialogue, but will never accept dialogue based on false information, intended to deceive and pave the way for yet another round of military aggression against Iran.
