Gate News reports that on March 17, crypto market-making and trading firm GSR announced the acquisition of consulting companies Autonomous and Architech for $57 million, launching an integrated crypto capital markets and treasury management platform.
According to the announcement, Autonomous will retain its original brand and operate within the GSR ecosystem, providing token issuance, financial management, and infrastructure support; Architech will become the core of GSR’s digital asset consulting business, working in synergy with its institutional trading, liquidity, and asset management capabilities.
GSR CEO Xin Song stated that the capital markets services in the crypto industry are highly fragmented, and new projects often need to hire separate structural advisors, tokenomics experts, market makers, and listing consultants. This integration aims to offer a one-stop service from project creation, token design, fundraising, and exchange strategies to long-term capital planning.
The platform will also provide treasury management solutions for crypto foundations and on-chain organizations, including cash and liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and asset allocation strategies to help manage large-scale digital asset reserves.
