CCTV 315 Gala Exposes AI Large Model Data Poisoning Industry Chain, Pay to Manipulate AI Response Content

Gate News, March 15 — CCTV’s 3.15 Gala exposed the “poisoning” industry chain of AI large model data. According to CCTV Finance, reporters uncovered a service called GEO on multiple online platforms based on industry insider disclosures. Service providers engaged in this business claim that users only need to pay the corresponding fee to have their products listed in major mainstream AI large models, making their product advertisements the “standard answers” provided by AI models. The booming GEO business has led to the emergence of companies and platforms dedicated to press release services. These organizations have long-term contracts to issue various press releases so that AI large models can reference and scrape them, becoming a key part of hunting AI models and injecting poisoned data.
