During a phone interview yesterday, Trump stated that the decision to end military actions against Iran will be made jointly with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. Trump emphasized that he will retain the final decision-making authority, but Netanyahu’s opinion will carry significant weight, and he noted that the two have been in communication.
Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdollahian explicitly stated in an interview that Iran currently has no reason to negotiate a ceasefire with the United States and has not requested any ceasefire. Abdollahian further pointed out that Iran has been attacked multiple times during past negotiations, leading to distrust of any negotiations with the US.
