Foresight News: The Hong Kong Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (Treasury Bureau) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) jointly issued a consultation summary on legislative proposals for establishing a licensing regime for virtual asset trading and custody service providers. Today, the Hong Kong Treasury Bureau and the SFC also launched a one-month public consultation on the licensing regime for service providers offering virtual asset advisory services and virtual asset management services.
