BlockBeats news, on May 8, according to Cointelegraph, former CEO of the encryption company SafeMoon, Braden John Karony, made an out-of-court statement in New York at the beginning of his criminal trial, asserting his innocence. Karony stated that he is innocent and “did not commit fraud,” which is a response to media reports about his trial. Former CEO of SafeMoon, Karony, along with SafeMoon founder Kyle Nagy and former CTO Thomas Smith, were charged in 2023 for allegedly “misappropriating and misusing platform SFM Token worth millions of dollars.”
