Announcement on WebSocket Upgrade Notification Feature

During system upgrades or maintenance, a system upgrade or maintenance notification will be proactively pushed to all currently connected clients. Upon receiving the notification, clients can promptly reconnect to ensure normal service usage. This feature helps you stay informed of critical service updates in a timely manner and ensures the continuity of your trading activities.
