從 Tom Lee 的多次訪談中，大概可以看出他長期看好以太坊的核心邏輯：
1. 以太坊是未來金融基礎的核心結算層。
以太幣不僅是數位貨幣，同時也是建構和運作 DeFi 、穩定幣、 NFT 、鏈上市場、 RWA 等的基礎設施。尤其是 RWA 方面，這會是未來最大的敘事。華爾街正在將萬億級資產（債券/股票等）上鍊到以太坊，以太坊作為主導的結算層，會產生大量的需求，並推動以太幣價值的上漲。代幣化不是短期炒作，而是結構性轉變，將驅動以太幣獨立於比特幣的多頭市場。
2. 機構採用和生態成熟。
目前全世界大約 400 萬個比特幣錢包持有超過 1 萬美元的資產，而全球持有類似金額的股票/退休金帳戶大約近 9 億個，超 200 倍差距。相比較下，加密貨幣採用還處於早期階段；以太坊的開發者社群最強大；以太坊網路運作最穩健。
此外，跟比特幣不同，以太幣有實際效用，例如質押收益、 DeFi 等，這讓它更適合機構長期持有。
3. 非共識機會。
Tom Lee 一貫喜歡「非共識」投資（年輕時在 90 年代電信股賺到 100x）。目前許多 OG（早期玩家）覺得加密貨幣「無聊」而轉去 AI 或股票，但這正是因為他們成熟了，而業界仍處於嬰兒期——新一批投資者即將湧入。
4. 不是光說不做，而是又說又做。
BitMine（BMNR）是全球最大的以太幣財庫公司，Tom Lee 是董事長，BitMine 已持有約 386 萬枚以太幣（佔總供應量約 3.2%），目標達 5% 。 2025 年 12 月 BitMine 繼續大量買入以太幣（即使價格波動），並有 10 億美元現金儲備+ staking 收益。

Tom Lee 的價格預測部分（這部分大家無須過於嚴肅認真，畢竟價格預測是上帝的事）
- 最「瘋狂」的長期目標：如果 ETH/BTC 比率回到 0.25，以太幣可達 $62,000（極端情景，基於超級週期）。
- 更現實的 2026 年目標：$7,000–$9,000（2026），甚至 $20,000（前提是如果代幣化爆發）。
- 他認為 2025 年底/2026 年初以太幣已見底，短期可能有波動，但 2026 將是 L1 鏈（尤其是以太幣）的「大年」。
