DelphX Capital Markets (TSXV: DELX), a Toronto-based fintech firm, announced plans to acquire up to $50M in Bitcoin through a structured monthly purchase program.
Funding will come from a senior secured lending facility (in final-stage talks) and an $18M convertible debenture placement.

DelphX has a market cap of only ~$10M with minimal revenue. The $50M BTC target is 100% debt-funded, and financing is not yet finalized.

BTC formed a head and shoulders top structure on the hourly timeframe. Watch whether the neckline at 71300 breaks through. A 1:1 rally could reach 74700.
Despite the high expectations, this level still needs to be shorted.
Shorting strategy: Defend around 72000 with a 300-point stop loss; around 73100, defend with a 400-point stop loss on the short term, and enter initial position for medium to long term.
A long position was urgently posted at 69300 at 3 AM last night. If flat, you can only enter around 70300. If the stop loss is too far and unacceptable, skip this trade.

ETH has formed a head and shoulders bottom pattern. If it follows a 1:1 move, it will reach 2313 directly, which is also a resistance level.
In between, it needs to navigate the 2210-2230 resistance zone. If it encounters repeated resistance or pulls back, it will test the 2025-2050 support level.
If it breaks through 2210 on volume and holds steady, it will advance directly to 2250.
