On March 21, European stocks fell further, with the Stoxx 600 index declining by 1%. The German DAX index and the French CAC 40 index both dropped by more than 1%, while the UK FTSE 100 index fell by 0.9%, and the Italian FTSE MIB index decreased by 0.7%.
