Why did the altcoin season come? To understand this, we first need to know why altcoins have been falling. The main reason is that BTC is within the range of $100,000. It is expected to have a pullback when BTC exceeds $100,000. When BTC rises, altcoins fall, and when BTC falls, altcoins even fall further.
When Bitcoin (BTC) reaches a new high and remains above $100,000, the previous $100,000 resistance becomes a bottom support. Therefore, the rise of Bitcoin no longer causes a decline in other altcoins; instead, altcoins sharply rise due to the significant previous decline. The sharp rise of altcoins leads to capital outflow from Bitcoin, resulting in Bitcoin trading sideways. Historically, this situation often occurs in March.
This is why I believe the altcoin season is coming. Concerns about Japan raising interest rates or the Fed not lowering them are not new. Even if rates are not lowered by March 2023, PEPE has still grown tenfold. Stick to the old strategy: increase positions for swing trading and patiently wait until March. #$BTC突破历史新高
