日本股债疯狂跳水美股期指也崩了！

没想到中午时分来了一只黑天鹅。

日本股市周二下午开盘之后，直接跳水超2%；日本10年期国债期货下跌200个跳动点，至6个月低点，并因熔断机制暂停交易。原因是，日本央行周二发布政策声明称，将允许日本10年期国债收益率升至0.5%左右，高于此前0.25%的波动区间上限。日本央行表示，此举将增强其货币宽松政策的可持续性。放弃0.25%这一目标也意味着，日本央行实在是扛不住此前持续买入国债的压力了。

受日本央行决策影响，美元指数也跳水，美元兑日元杀跌超2%。美股期指亦在亚洲交易时段出现直线跳水行情。
