Today, I feel a mix of nervousness and gratitude. No polished speech, only a sincere and genuine heart. Thank you all for your trust and opportunities. May we remain calm and composed in every unforeseen challenge, face difficulties head-on, continuously break through ourselves, and grow towards the sun.
Growth is never a solitary journey, as the saying goes, "Traveling alone is fast, traveling together is far." Along the way, we have partners walking with us, mentors guiding us carefully, some steadfast in their posts, and others offering strong support. This warmth of shared purpose and unity makes ordinary work shine, small efforts bear fruit, and in the tests of wind and rain, we become more focused and determined. Those silent hours of hard work will eventually solidify into our confidence and glory in overcoming obstacles.
"Though thousands of trials and tribulations are arduous, only after blowing away the wild sand can gold be found." The road ahead is long and bright. Do not be proud of small achievements, nor be discouraged by temporary setbacks. Life is a journey of constant breakthrough and continuous surpassing. Stay true to your original intention, stay grounded, and turn every experience into nourishment for growth, and every challenge into a force for transformation. As long as we hold onto our dreams and keep our eyes steady, we can clear the fog and head toward the shores of our ideals.
