BlockBeats News, April 24 — Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi will visit Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, but the itinerary also includes Oman and Russia. During this visit, Pakistani officials are working to bring about a second round of ceasefire negotiations between the United States and Iran.

Iranian state news agency IRNA reported that Araghchi’s visit begins on Friday, focusing on “bilateral consultations and discussions on the current regional situation and the latest developments in the war launched by the United States and Israel against Iran.” There are currently no signs that this will be a second round of talks. As of now, only Pakistan and Iran have confirmed meetings with both sides.

In addition, Iran International TV said that Kalibaf, head of the Iranian delegation negotiating with U.S. representatives in Islamabad, has resigned and withdrawn from the negotiation team.

According to PolyBeats monitoring, on the prediction market Polymarket, the probability of “the next U.S.-Iran diplomatic meeting” before the 26th is 17%, and before the 28th is 33%. The probability before the 30th reaches 48%, all of which are lower than earlier estimates.#WCTC交易王PK
