🕵️ MantleCore has submitted the draft MIP-34 proposal to authorize Mantle Treasury to lend up to 30,000 $ETH to Aave DAO to address bad debt tied to the April 18, 2026 rsETH bridge exploit on Aave V3. The draft sets a term of up to 36 months, with interest at LIDO+1% APR or other terms to be finalized by the execution team, and allows early repayment without penalty. It also proposes additional collateral from Aave, including 5% of #protocol revenue and Aave tokens with a fair market value of at least $11 million, while Mantle would receive delegated voting power of 130,000 Aave tokens. The proposal is currently under discussion and has not yet entered a formal vote. #hack
