【Turning Point Identification】

Before a turning point occurs, the market will show these signals

Turning points do not happen suddenly; every genuine turning point will give advance signals. It's just that most people either don't see them or are afraid to act on them.

Pure breakouts of highs and lows do not necessarily indicate a turning point; only when structure, volume, and momentum are confirmed together does it become a high-probability turning point.

Three typical features of a turning point:

1. Volume anomaly: Noticeable increase in volume during breakouts, significant decrease during declines, indicating a shift in market sentiment.

2. Structural reversal: The previous low is not broken and then moves higher, or the previous high is not surpassed and then moves lower, rewriting the original structure.

3. Rhythm change: The speed, amplitude, and manner of pullbacks are noticeably different, indicating a switch in market strength.

A turning point is the most efficient position in trading, but also the riskiest. Do not enter without confirmation; do not hold positions until stability is confirmed.

Sharing ideas on identifying turning points, but this does not constitute investment advice. Trade rationally and bear the risks yourself.
