Bhutan Reportedly Sells 70% of Its Bitcoin Holdings!
According to data from Arkham Intelligence, the Kingdom of Bhutan—known for its concept of Gross National Happiness—has reportedly sold a significant portion of its Bitcoin holdings.
Initially, Bhutan was recorded as holding over 13,000 $BTC from a clandestine mining operation that had been running for several years.
Now, Bhutan's Bitcoin reserves are only around 3,954 BTC.
This means the country has sold nearly 70% of its total holdings.
