Apart from that, I want to talk about my most favorite actor, Benjamin Linus, but it’s not easy to talk about him. The truth is, even the actors I have mentioned have not been given their due. But Ben is a character you will remain a fan of until the last season. He will never let you feel whether he is right or wrong, good or bad, protector or monster. He is the innocent Alex’s benefactor father or the kidnapper of Daniel Russo’s daughter.

The work assigned to him involves many chapters of psychology—like you are doing time travel, like you are coming back decades into the past to represent the future. It’s an encyclopedia or a mind-changer, so you must watch the last series for that.

In the last series, these few passengers, like countless others, meet with an accident in Oceanic Flight 815 and get lost on a mysterious island. The island is the birthplace of mystery, the center of strange and bizarre experiences of the Dharma Initiative people, or a living entity. But whatever, an island reveals to a person what he truly is. This series has expanded Albert Camus’s quote that a person wins or wants to live, whether there is a purpose or not, and Nietzsche’s statement that humans create their own reality, set their own principles. At one point, Ben Thoms, the apostle, says, what does this mean? It’s what this series tries to show, or in response to some confusing questions, Daniel’s mother tells Jack that these are the leaps of faith.

One character, Jack, relies on empirical evidence, while the other accepts the mysteriousness of the island, which appears to be equivalent to a universe. In flashbacks, the strange and bizarre incidents of their lives are shown; everyone is a victim of some accident, but one thing is clear—absurdity is seen here with full intensity.

And yes, if it seems I have described the entire series in this post, well, people, this series spans six seasons, each with about fifteen or more episodes, and can never be summarized in one post...

It is a very beautiful and watchable series.
