Saudi Arabia is moving ahead with a $10B oil refinery in Gwadar.

Aramco teams up with PSO, OGDCL, PPL & GHPL, with local firms contributing around 40–45%.
The refinery will handle 300K–400K barrels daily, cutting down the country’s oil import costs.
First proposed in 2019 — now finally gaining momentum with tax incentives and full backing.
