People’s Financial News, April 8 — The People’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued the “Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ‘Artificial Intelligence+’ Action Implementation Plan (2026–2028).” The plan proposes that by 2028, the level of integration and innovation of artificial intelligence across various fields will be significantly improved, with new-generation intelligent terminals and intelligent agents in key industries and people’s livelihood sectors reaching a penetration rate not lower than the national average. Develop and implement a batch of industry-specific large models, focus on cultivating more than six industry large models to reach a domestically leading level, form a number of typical application scenarios and solutions, establish an artificial intelligence public service platform serving the entire region, and provide core support for the intelligent transformation of advantageous industries.
