My reflections from the past two days of classes: true strength is built on using innovation and the “Dao” to establish your own order—so that others are willing to follow the order you set. If you lack innovation, you can only end up trailing behind others. But it’s also true that not everyone can become that kind of leader whom everyone trusts, so you should have some clarity about yourself as well. This is limited to what I gained from understanding the relationship between corporate governance and interpersonal relationships. The class photos have nothing to do with ideology—there’s no deeper meaning to it. As a Chinese person, I hope our motherland will grow even stronger!
