70% is the portion of the supply that has not yet fully entered circulation, and not the balance of a single whale. The release of these tokens occurs linearly over several months/years, according to the project's official schedule.

Distribution
The total supply of Saros is 10 billion tokens. Currently, about 70% of the total supply is still locked or in the process of being released (vesting). This amount is divided among several categories controlled by smart contracts:
• Strategic Reserve: 20%
• Ecosystem Growth: 20%
• Core Contributors (Team): 20%
• Investors: 15%
• Community Development: 10%
