When I spent over a thousand dollars on translation headphones, I bit my lip for several days. Felt pretty stylish.

Last week, I saw the update for Google Translate and was silent for about ten seconds.
The new version has a feature called Live Translate. Open the app, connect any pair of headphones you have nearby, and turn it on.
If someone speaks English, Japanese, or Spanish, you hear the translation directly in Chinese. Real-time, voice-based, no need to stare at the screen, no need for the other person to lean over and speak into the phone one sentence at a time.
Regular headphones. Just need a microphone. Works with iPhone. Supports over 70 languages.
Free.
My dedicated translation headphones, which I bought specifically for this purpose, are now sitting in a drawer. I really don’t want to look at them anymore. $BNB
