Gm Recently adjusted back to sleeping at 1 AM and waking up at 11 AM, getting 10 hours of sleep with this schedule, and both my skin condition and physical state have visibly improved!! The key point is that waking up early means I still catch the BSC and market movements, and have energy to make money - it's perfect😍
