When do men truly mature?

From the moment they realize that "life is for oneself," too many men before the age of 28 are still immature, constantly chasing women. In fact, the five years from 23 to 28 are very critical. Men should work on improving themselves in three areas: cognition, income, and physical health, and focus their energy on themselves.
The simplest way is to earn money—preferably spend it on books, educational courses, or gym memberships—rather than impulsively throwing money at women. Before reaching a stable social status or class, all the money you spend is essentially supporting someone else's wife.
Any man who, in his youth, invests his energy in self-improvement will not lack women later on. Conversely, men who, in their youth, are obsessed with women and waste time on them will ultimately achieve nothing.
