The Cosquín National Folklore Festival returns for its 66th edition with a lineup for Cosquín 2026 that brings together the best of Argentine folklore on the iconic Plaza Próspero Molina. Nine nights of magic: The artist lineup for each moon
The nine-moon structure organizes Cosquín 2026 into themed nights where established artists share the stage with newcomers. Abel Pintos, Luciano Pereyra, Los Nocheros, Peteco Carabajal, and Teresa Parodi headline this historic lineup, alongside modern acts like Cazzu and Milo J, adding a contemporary touch to the festival.
First Moon - Saturday, January 24
Christian Herrera (2025 Revelation), Jairo, Los Manseros Santiagueños, Susana Baca (special participation), Horacio Banegas, Mati Rojas, Emanuel Ayala (2025 Revelation), Jorge Rojas. Plus: winners of Pre Cosquín in solo vocal and vocal ensemble categories.
Second Moon - Sunday, January 25
Dúo Coplanacu, Nahuel Pennski, Flor Castro, Raly Barrionuevo, Paola Bernal, Facundo Toro, and Cazzu in an exclusive performance. The Pre Cosquín cast in stylized dance duo is also included.
Third Moon - Monday, January 26
Ahyre, Luciana Jury, Guitarreros, Duratierra, Lucía Ceresani, Cristian Capurelli, and Abel Pintos closing this moon. Pre Cosquín competitions include male malambo instrumental group and soloist.
Fourth Moon - Tuesday, January 27
Lázaro Caballero, Mariana Carrizo, Orellana Lucca, La Cruzada (2025 Street Performances Highlight), Paquito Ocaño, Micaela Chauque, Yoel Hernández, and Lucio “El Indio” Rojas. Pre Cosquín: malambo ensemble and vocal duo.
Fifth Moon - Wednesday, January 28
Leandro Lovato, La Callejera, Silvia Lallana, a special tribute to Ramón Ayala with Joel Tortul, Julián Venegas, and Homero Chiavarino, Palma–Sandoval Duo, Ariel Ardit, Lucio Taragno, and Luciano Pereyra. Pre Cosquín participants: dance ensemble and original song category.
Sixth Moon - Thursday, January 29
Los Nocheros, Destino San Javier, Yamila Cafrune, tribute to Musha Carabajal, Lautaro Rojas, Bruno Arias, Ceibo, and Los Tekis. Pre Cosquín: solo vocal.

Pre Cosquín 2026: Discovering new talents
Alongside the main program, Pre Cosquín serves as a platform for emerging talents. The qualifying rounds took place from January 3 to 16, with finals on the 17th and 18th, culminating in a special gala on January 19. Winners in each category join the nine-moon lineup, ensuring visibility for new generations of artists.
