Why do most adults today not feel like grown-ups?

Because they haven't mastered social resources.
This society is decided by middle-aged and elderly men in their 50s and 60s.
When the iPhone was launched, Steve Jobs was 52 years old, and he was born in 1955.
Elon Musk was born in 1971. Lei Jun was born in 1969.
Most contemporary tech leaders are middle-aged or even elderly.
This is different from what many people think. And it’s even more so in other traditional fields.
The previous generation, due to various reasons after the Cold War, largely handed over responsibilities early.
Because of various reasons, they still hold the power now.
That’s why Kissinger, until his death, was still sought after to mediate China-U.S. relations; their working years were greatly extended.
This leads to today’s adults having little say, even fewer small opportunities, often remaining in middle management roles for many years.
In reality, even in the business world, to be able to stand alone and make decisions, you generally need to be at least over 45 years old.
