The most effective financial advice I have ever heard in life is this:

Buy assets, not liabilities.

Purchase things that make money for you, such as stocks, property, or a business that generates income.

Do not overspend on things that are only for show and do not produce income, like expensive cars, fashionable clothes, or unnecessary luxuries.

Never invest in something you do not understand.
If a bank or a friend tries to sell you a complex financial product that you yourself do not fully understand, there is a strong chance it is not in your best interest.

Focus on earning more, not just saving.
No one becomes wealthy by saving alone. Real wealth comes from increasing income. Improve your skills, look for new opportunities, and diversify your sources of earnings.

People who look rich are not necessarily truly wealthy.

Those who live simply are often the ones who are financially strong.

Driving expensive cars and showing off wealth is not a sign of richness; sometimes it is a sign of financial weakness.

As Warren Buffett says:
“I never invest in something I do not understand.”
True wisdom lies in investing wisely, embracing simplicity, and building a strong financial foundation.
