CLI is a native AI environment.

Back in the day, Steve Jobs promoted GUI (Graphical User Interface) to lower the barrier for humans to interact with machines. At that time, machines "could not understand" human language, so humans had to use intuitive metaphors (desktop, folders, trash can) to "click" and "drag."
Today, with the development of AI, this interaction method has become popular again.
The reason is simple: CLI has a natural affinity for AI.
Artificial intelligence is centered around LLMs (Large Language Models). Text is their natural medium for input and output. The essence of CLI is pure text stream input and output, which creates a zero-loss interface between AI and CLI. There’s no need for complex computer vision (CV) to recognize buttons on the screen, nor to handle complex graphics rendering logic.
That’s why I recommend everyone to use Codex, Claude Code, and CLI tools—they are incredibly powerful. Today, I tried AWS CLI (Amazon), and after connecting, my AI can directly manage my servers. I highly recommend everyone give it a try!
