ETH/USDT Perpetual Contract Trading Execution Plan
Based on 4-hour candlestick technical analysis, the current overall trend is bearish. Trading should focus on light positions and trial-and-error, strictly adhering to risk control rules; virtual currency trading and speculation are prohibited in our country. The following is only a technical analysis example and does not constitute investment advice.
1. Short Selling Strategy (Main Strategy, Relying on Resistance Levels)
1. Entry Timing and Level: patiently wait for the price to rebound to the 1960-1980 range, and enter when you see the rebound momentum weaken (such as small bullish candles with decreasing volume or the appearance of upper shadows), without chasing high or adding positions.
2. Position Control: use only 5%-8% of total funds, avoid high leverage, and prevent liquidation in extreme market conditions.
3. Stop Loss Execution: set the stop loss at 2020. Once the price effectively breaks through this level (4-hour candlestick closing price stabilizes), close the position unconditionally and exit, abandoning the short position idea.
4. Take Profit Pace: use phased profit-taking. When the price reaches 1880, close 50% of the position to lock in profits; hold the remaining position. If the market continues to decline to the 1800 psychological level, close all positions and exit; if the price rebounds and quickly recovers after falling below 1880, immediately close the remaining positions.
2. Long Buying Strategy (Secondary Strategy, Contrarian Bottom-Fishing)
1. Entry Timing and Level: only enter lightly when the price retraces to the 1880-1900 range and shows clear signs of stabilization (such as long lower shadows or volume-supported steady candles). Do not enter early without clear signs of stabilization.
2. Position Control: strictly limit the position to 3%-5% of total funds, more conservative than short positions, and do not add to positions.
3. Stop Loss Execution: set the stop loss at 1840. If the price effectively breaks below this level, indicating support failure, stop loss immediately without holding onto the position out of hope.
4. Take Profit Pace: when the price rebounds to 1970 (MA30 resistance level), close 50% of the position; if it can strongly break through 2020, hold the remaining position until the rebound momentum weakens, then close all positions. Do not chase after gains greedily.
