March 1, Saturday, Trump said that after he announced the killing of Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei, Iran "has some excellent candidates" to lead the country.

In a phone interview with CBS News, Trump said he is "very clear" about who might succeed, but refused to reveal specific names. When asked if he is more inclined for someone from within Iran to take over, he responded, "Yes, I think so," and reiterated that "there are some good candidates," but did not elaborate further.

Meanwhile, some key members of the U.S. Congress are demanding a prompt vote on a war powers resolution. The resolution aims to limit the president's authority to take military action against Iran without congressional approval. #Gate广场发帖领五万美金红包
