I just finished reading Brother Sun's book recently. Most of the viewpoints indeed challenge the common understanding, but they are also correct. People in their 20s to 30s are in the prime decade of physical strength, energy, and mental capacity. However, most Chinese people choose to spend these ten years on: getting married, buying a house, buying a car, early consumption, and taking on mortgage and car loans... By the time they pay off their loans and wake up to reality, they realize that life has already passed its halfway point.
