This initiative, called Sunrun’s Local PeakShift Power, provided over 1,200 hours of grid relief in 2025 by dispatching aggregated battery networks during peak demand. Enrolled customers received payment for sharing stored solar energy, and Sunrun was compensated for coordination, demonstrating the effectiveness of the program in maintaining electrical loads below operating limits.
