Shandong announces the designated airspace ranges for micro, light, and small unmanned aerial vehicles

On February 12, according to the official WeChat account of the Shandong Provincial Department of Transportation, in accordance with the “Interim Regulations on the Flight Management of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles” and the “Shandong Province Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Public Safety Management Measures,” and requirements from the Central Air Traffic Management Committee Office, the approved flight airspace range for micro, light, and small unmanned aerial vehicles in Shandong Province has been announced. The approved flight airspace is the area below an altitude of 120 meters within the blue zone of the “Shandong Province Micro, Light, and Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Approved Flight Airspace Range,” which can be checked through the National Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Integrated Supervision Service Platform. Airspace outside the approved flight range is controlled airspace for unmanned aerial vehicles.
