Today the market performed very well, with over 4,000 stocks hitting the daily limit. The sectors with the biggest gains were oil, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, storage chips, and related industries. Today I bought Sinopec Oilfield Services, Zhejiang Shibao, and Jazeera New Energy. Tomorrow, the oil sector is expected to open high, but whether it will surge to the limit is uncertain. If it opens high, I suggest cashing out immediately. In the case of other strong sectors, if there is no news support, it will be difficult for oil stocks to continue rising. Zhejiang Shibao was a major mistake I made; if it opens high tomorrow, I will sell immediately. If it opens low, I will also sell. Autonomous driving doesn’t seem to be as strong. I think Jazeera New Energy can be compared to Yunnan Energy Holdings; both are riding the 15th Five-Year Plan benefits. Although Jazeera New Energy issued a denial today, I feel that the market recognizes the positive news, and positive news that isn’t widely accepted is still good. Yunnan Energy Holdings has been hitting the limit up for four days straight. If other sectors weaken later and I can’t buy Yunnan Energy Holdings, I will consider Jazeera New Energy, so I am quite optimistic about it. As for non-ferrous metals, I think I can hold onto them and wait for oil or silver and gold metals to decline, then sell on negative news. The most critical sectors are storage chips, PCB, optical modules, liquid cooling, and related materials. These can also be purchased. They are likely to be the main themes of the year.
Reflection:
Today I realized something. Before the New Year, I held Jin Yi Film & TV and Zhejiang Wenlian. When Jin Yi Film & TV opened low, I decisively exited, losing about 8%. However, I didn’t feel greed or wishful thinking because I had predicted its movement the day before. So I have no regrets. I believe stocks should be planned the day before; fear and greed come from stocks exceeding your expectations. When the movement is within your anticipation, emotional influence can be minimized.
