1. Pre-Market Prep (Before London Open)
Start with higher timeframes to understand the market direction.

Checklist:
• Mark Daily & 4H supply and demand zones
• Identify major liquidity (previous day high/low, weekly high/low)
• Define premium and discount areas
• Decide bullish or bearish bias

Goal: Know where price is likely to go before the session starts.

2. Asia Session – Range Building
Asia usually builds the range that later gets taken.

Focus on:
• Asia high & low
• Equal highs/lows
• Internal liquidity

No trading here. This is preparation time, not execution.

3. London Session – Liquidity Grab
London often takes liquidity first.

Watch for:
• Sweep of Asia high or low
• Strong rejection or displacement
• Early signs of market structure shift (MSS)

Rule: Observe first. Don’t rush entries.

4. Entry Setup (After Liquidity Sweep)
Once liquidity is taken:
• Drop to 5m or 1m timeframe
• Wait for MSS or BOS
• Mark OB and FVG aligned with premium/discount

Now a valid trade setup forms.

5. Execution Rules
• Enter on OB or FVG mitigation
• Stop loss beyond sweep or OB wick
• Fixed risk (0.5–1%)
• Never chase fast candles

6. New York Session – Expansion Move

• Take partial profits at internal liquidity
• Move SL to breakeven after confirmation
• Hold runner toward external liquidity

• Screenshot entry & exit
• Note what worked or failed
• Check if rules were followed

8. Daily Workflow Summary
