On February 11, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced a final determination under Section 337 regarding Certain Polyvinylidene Fluoride Resins (Investigation No. 337-TA-1439). Based on a motion filed by the complainant, the ITC decided to review the administrative law judge’s initial determination (No. 16) issued on September 5, 2025, and after review, overturned the original finding that named the defendant Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. in Quzhou, China, for lack of direct infringement due to no importation or import sales; and also overturned the initial determination (No. 20) issued on November 24, 2025, which had terminated the investigation against Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. based on the initial determination (No. 16).
