Data shows that the number of companies with annual salaries exceeding 5 million yuan for directors, supervisors, and senior management decreased from 5 in 2024 to 4 in 2025. There are also significant differences in compensation among insurance companies’ executives, with the highest annual salary surpassing 5 million yuan, while the lowest is less than 500,000 yuan, a gap of over 10 times.
