Many people enter the market, and the first question is often how much they can make. But Brother Niu believes that survival is always more important than profit. Being able to stay in the market for the long term is itself an incredible skill.

I am Brother Niu. Today, I won't talk about complex entry points; let's discuss something more fundamental. Rhythm is often more important than single-instance explosive profits. I've seen too many friends wipe out their previous gains due to a wrong chase, which is truly regrettable.
Last year, a friend reached out to me during a low point, with only a few hundred dollars left in his account. My first advice was to forget about making a comeback quickly and focus on small wins. He adjusted his rhythm, and after a week, his account showed significant improvement. This example shows that controlling drawdowns and steadily accumulating is the key for ordinary people to go far.
Emotions are the biggest enemy in trading. Decisions made when tired, anxious, or greedy greatly reduce success rates. When you keep making wrong judgments, forced operations are less effective than taking a break to regain composure.
For ordinary traders, the greatest advantage is not predicting the future but knowing what to choose and what to avoid. Don't trade in unfamiliar markets, and don't open positions without confidence. This discipline can help you avoid most traps.
Risk management is not cowardice but professionalism. It is recommended to limit single-loss to within 2% of total capital, set profit targets in advance, and develop the habit of periodically withdrawing part of the profits. The part that remains in the market is always what you can afford to lose.
The market is never short of noise. Various hot topics and myths emerge endlessly, but real opportunities often belong to the minority with patience and discipline. When feeling confused, it’s helpful to step back, review your trading records, and return to the original rules you set.
